Client Referral Discount
We know that a referral from an existing client is the BEST compliment that we could hope to receive, and for that, we want to thank you in a way that truly rewards you.
Your Reward:

Refer a new client to SC Staffing and receive a 10% discount off your next invoice after the initial placement is completed.

Earn an additional 10% discount for every executive search completed placement with your referred client for up to 6 months!

Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client OR a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 360 days.
Qualifying for your 10% Referral Fee Discount is easy!

Introduce us to your client referral via email or phone call.

If we enter into a candidate search engagement with your client referral within 90 days of your introduction, and we make a candidate placement with your contact, then you will be eligible for the 10% Referral Fee Discount subject to accepting the terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions:

If the same client referral is made by two or more clients, only the first client (based on the date and time that we were introduced to the referral) making the referral will be eligible for the 10% Referral Discount.

You will receive a 10% discount on your next invoice from SC Staffing after the placement's probation period has ended.

No limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make.

SC Staffing reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with written notice.

Referral discounts cannot be applied to previous or outstanding invoices.
Client Referral Fee
If you aren't a client of SC Staffing, you can still refer a new client to SC Staffing and be eligible for a client referral fee.
​Your Reward:

​Refer a new client to SC Staffing and receive a $500 Referral Fee after the initial placement with that client is complete.

Collect another $500 for every additional successfully completed placement with your referred client for up to 6 months!

Your referral may be any organization that has not previously been our client OR an organization with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 360 days.
Qualifying for your $500 reward is easy!

Complete the New Client Referral Form.

We will contact you and ask that you advise your client referral that we will be contacting them.

We will contact any qualified client contacts that you refer.

If we enter into a candidate search engagement with your client referral within 90 days of your referral, and we make a candidate placement with your contact, then you will be eligible for the $500 Referral Fee subject to accepting the terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions:

You will receive a check in the amount of $500 from SC Staffing soon after we receive payment for the placement from the client that you have referred.

The $500 fee applies only to referrals of clients engaging recruitment services with SC Staffing and does not apply to any other service offering or practice. All information on the New Client Referral Form must be accurately provided.

This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.

Recruitment Agencies are not eligible to participate.
